How do we order?

*If you have completed the selection of the desired products and all the products have entered the shopping cart, by pressing the button '' Order online '' you will be taken to the order form where you can view and finalize your order.
*On the basis of this order, a representative of our company will contact you by phone to confirm the order during business hours: from Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 16:00.
*To shorten the order confirmation time, please use the contact form on the website to let us know that you have sent an order to us after finalizing your order. You can do this by choosing the ''Customer Service'' option from the contact form under the subject.
*The purchaser acknowledges that, after placing the order on the website and confirmation by phone or e-mail sent from office@soldecor.ro by an employee of the seller, there is a contract of sale and purchase, or a verbal delivery contract for the product ordered.

How to pay

BEING PRODUCTS MADE TO ORDER WILL BE CHARGED AN ADVANCE OF TEN PERCENT OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT ORDERED ON WHICH THE INVOICE WILL BE ISSUED.
The delivery term of the order is calculated from the day of receipt of the deposit!
. The value of the products is the value at the time of written confirmation (by email) or telephone order.
Delivery
Delivery of the ordered products can be made personally by the sellers within 100 km for a fee or by courier.
Delivery deadlines
The delivery time for the ordered products is maximum 14 working days from the date of confirmation of the order at the company's headquarters or receipt of the deposit!
Return conditions.
In accordance with European rules the purchase waiver is not applicable to products made to order.
